Cheryl shares a story demonstrating her vulnerability in her late 20s when she faced a difficult leader in her organization. He was traditional in terms of hierarchy, and an intense micromanager. He was threatened by her because she had great relationships with the other leaders in the organization, and he made her life miserable with last minute changes and corrections to major presentations.
